Terms of Service

Your account is secured by a private access key generated in your browser. We have no way to recover a lost key, reset a password, or verify your identity through an email address, because none of that information exists on our servers. If you lose your key, you will permanently lose access to that account and its data.

You agree not to use Pvtlytics to track visitors without a lawful basis to do so under applicable law, to abuse the tracking endpoint (e.g. flooding it with fabricated traffic), or to attempt to circumvent the rate limits or bot-filtering protections in place.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Pvtlytics is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pvtlytics after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
