Before you ask support
How is this different from Google Analytics?
- Google Analytics ties visits to long-lived identifiers and shares data across Google's ad ecosystem. We compute a hash that rotates every 24 hours and never leaves our database — there's no cross-day or cross-site profile to build in the first place.
What happens if I go over my plan's view limit?
- Your site keeps tracking normally — we never drop or lose your data. Past 10,000 views in a calendar month, your dashboard locks behind an upgrade prompt until the month resets or you go Pro; nothing you've already collected is deleted. We'll never silently start charging you.
Can I export my data or leave at any time?
- Yes — every dashboard has a CSV export for the current period, and deleting a site permanently removes its data from our database immediately, not on some future cleanup cycle.
What if I lose my access key?
- Because we never see or store your plaintext key, we have no way to recover it for you. Save it somewhere durable — that's the trade-off for us not being able to be compelled to hand it over, either.
